- Manage the daily logging and tracking of incident reports.
- Provide onsite support and configuration of systems.
- Maintain hardware and software installation for our clients
- Sending IT equipment or parts for repair and replacement
- Managing technical documentation & IT Asset Tagging
- Fulfilling other ad hoc tasks set out by supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education qualification in computer science or related discipline.
- Essential to have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the team
- Able to commit for at least 3 months, full/part time internship
