The position is responsible for attending to inbound calls and following up with clients regarding services, ultimately enhancing customer interest in our products and service
- Act as front-liners providing excellent customer service at all times
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Answering inbound calls from both our existing pool of customers, as well as new prospective customers (All divisions)
- Update the existing databases in the event of changes in contact number (premise level only) and the status of each customer/prospective customer
- Follow up on calls from clients with clerical duties which includes faxing, filling of paperwork as well as liaising with other departments (Performs call-out/repair requests, basic prospect/upselling for in-bound calls)
- Generate and maintain daily call reports
- Assist Line Manager in resolving daily operational issues
- Other adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- **Min 1 year experience in call centre function**:

- Possess good communications skills
- Meticulous, excellent with details
- Service-oriented, able to work under pressure
- **This is a 6 months contract
