Assist planning and purchasing process
- Data admin
**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Quotation coordination with suppliers for remanufacturing and procurement
- Creating purchase order and sales order and assist data troubleshooting when error happens
- Handling stock availability inquiries when escalation or manual service request raised
- Assist in fulfil backorders with replacement products
- SKU creation
- Other ad hoc activities to assist planning and inventory management
**QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES**:
- Desired 1 year in a fulfilment or logistics environment
- Fluency in use of Business systems, eg ERP, Biz Intelligence Tools will be an advantage.
- Hands-on individual with clear verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Self-driven, achieving objectives in a fast paced, cyclical, ambiguous environment
- Good organizing and follow-up skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Process and detail oriented, delivering accurate work
- A team player in a diverse environment
- Possess strong analytical, problem solving skills
- Open to development and growth opportunities
