International Communication and Marketing Agency dedicated in F&B and Lifestyle, HOPSCOTCH SOPEXA is collaborating with companies, brands, communities, and institutions in their development and strategy of communication and influence.
With its 250 multi-cultural experts located in the markets, listening to trends and close to local prescribers, it intervenes in 63 countries through consultancy and tailor-made strategies, Digital & Social Media Activation, Shopper Experience, PR & creation of brand content & Events.
Sopexa Singapore oversees campaigns in the local market, as well as Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines & Thailand.

MISSIONS
Under the supervision of the Event Senior Project Manager, you will:

- Manage and lead marketing / communication strategies of assigned campaigns and project
- Implement 360 ° action plans for clients or new budgets.
- Guarantee the control of the net margin of the projects, of their profitability.
- Ensure the satisfaction of the customers assigned.

Production
- Implement approved marketing/communication plans across all marketing and communications disciplines including PR, digital, events, and retail
- Develop your network of media, trade, and influencers.
- Develop on-message, accurate written materials such as press releases, newsletters, collateral copy, and media pitches.
- Coordinate external service providers. Optimize the production/net margin.
- Advancing in-house knowledge and expertise within the agency across all disciplines, including event
- Systematically and appropriately use group and agency management and reporting tool (worklist, budget monitoring)

Budget Management
- Supervise, control and control budgets.
- Ensure budget tracking of online campaigns with fixed net profit targets.
- Optimize the production margin / net margin.
- Manage the net profitability of campaigns and determine, possibly with its hierarchy, corrective actions to implement.
- Ensure compliance with the legal rules of the projects.

Commercial
- Manage the commercial activity and follow its main indicators using the group tools.
- Represent the Agency with clients and make customer presentations.
- Lead, develop and negotiate customer contracts.
- Ensure regular reporting to the hierarchy on the net profitability of campaigns.
- Establish and implement the strategic thinking of the various communication programs.

**Profil**:

- TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 6+ years' experience as Account Manager (preferably in Agencies)
- Strong skills in strategic marketing & Communication
- Knowledge of digital marketing & shopper marketing
- Proven experience in Events - B2B and consumers oriented (in agencies or in-house, food & drinks, lifestyle)
- Good capacity in client / supplier negotiation
- Business oriented with strong capability to identify new opportunities
- Knowledge in tendering procedures
- Expertise in management
- Ability to conduct multiple projects
- Knowledge of the agro-food environment (including sectors and products)
- Budget management
- Creativity techniques

Facts and Figures
- Even though the agency is based in Singapore, several travels in South East Asia may be required (3 to 4 trips per year)
- You will respond or contribute to 3-6 new business proposals per year
