**Responsibilities**:
Sales & Business Development:

- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Partner with event planners, corporate clients, and stakeholders to generate leads.

Client & Event Management:

- Conduct client consultations to understand catering needs and preferences.
- Provide customized catering solutions and menu recommendations.
- Work with culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct site visits, tastings, and pre-event meetings with clients.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high client satisfaction.

Revenue & Budget Management:

- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Track and manage catering budgets to ensure profitability.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Additional Information**

Time: Monday to Friday: 0900hrs to 1800hrs
