CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) offers a range of services including tenant and occupier advice, tenant and occupier representation, project management, lease administration, facilities and data center management across a wide range of industry sectors—all supported by CBRE’s global reach and resources.

**About the Program**

- In this Future Leader Program, you will go through a comprehensive orientation, work with leading-edge technology and rotate through diverse and challenging business teams. You will also receive intensive coaching and on-going feedback from appointed members, peers, managers and internal business partners. This will give you many opportunities to develop valuable networks as well as exposure to senior staff members.
- You will be Rotating among the following business team:
**Facilities Management (FM)** creates ideal office environments for our clients and their employees worldwide. We provide a full range of services and safety processes to help drive efficiencies and reduce operating expenses.

**Project Management (PJM)** provides solutions through various staffing models, supply chain optimization and expertise by project and asset type—all customized to ensure success of your global real estate projects.

**Who are We Looking For?**

We are identifying future leaders with leadership talents and emerging Professional who has the Aptitude, Agility & Aspiration, who are good communicators with the ability to exhibit strategic thinking and enthusiasm in solving challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and has a strong interest to develop a career in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)
- Strategic thinker and practical problem solver
- Team player, flexible, adaptable and resourceful
- Sensitive to, and appreciative of, difference and diversity
- Singapore resident or possess a valid working visa in Singapore
- Completed or will complete undergraduate studies in 2024 or 2025, with the major preferably in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or Business-related studies.
