**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Be an advisor for the business for a broad range of commercial, technology, and regulatory matters;
- Provide day-to-day input on a wide range of business and legal questions, and work with key stakeholders to address policy-related matters and to ensure compliance with existing and new regulations;
- Resolve legal issues that arise in commercial relationships;
- Oversee and develop strategies to tackle legal issues creatively and efficiently while taking into consideration our business goals;
- Be a key contributor in building processes that address and mitigate business risks.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Qualification to practice law in Singapore or a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with a minimum of 5 years of legal experience with at least 3 years at an international or national law firm
- Law degree in Singapore or a commonwealth jurisdiction
- Clear, concise written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact comfortably with senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple projects at once to meet deadlines
- Collaborates well in cross-functional, regional diverse teams dealing with matrixed issues
- Sound and practical legal judgment to help business solutions in fast-paced environment
