Job Description & Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
- Actively involve and lead the formulation of upfront design concept for major / complex projects delivered by the MEP Teams.

.Carry out periodic design reviews on major projects at key milestone points
- Monitor best design practices and implement these solutions to the design as applicable and practical.
- Lead Value Engineering reviews and workshops on selected projects and ensure that the most cost effective and energy efficient systems being designed.
- Involve with technical staff training and presentations.
- Actively liaise with the technical leaders of other disciplinary groups (C&S, ESD, Façade, etc.) within MSPL to maintain fully coordinated and integrated cross-disciplinary design methodology and approach on all of the projects delivered by the MEP Division.
- Act as Project Director on major projects where appointed.
- Assist in the evaluation and training of existing technical staff.
- Contribute to the identification and development of specific technical skills required to deliver more complex, high technology, energy efficient and cost effective design solutions.
- Assist the Team Leaders for resource planning and allocation.
- Contribute to the financial management and cost monitoring of selected major projects and for the Division.
- Maintain and further develop Client contacts and connections for the promotion of the Company across all market sectors.
- Prepare and attend to Client presentations to promote the Company’s service offerings and capabilities.
- Contribute to bid review activities and the assessment of appropriate and competitive fee levels.

**Requirements**:

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 10 - 15 years of relevant consultancy experience
- Demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge, with proven track record of successful completion of projects on time and within budget
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and lead

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $10,000.00 - $16,407.48 per month
