Role Overview

The MEP Design Manager will lead and direct the delivery of engineering services for new-build, conversion, rebranding, and refurbishment hospitality projects.

This key role is responsible for leading review and approval of MEP designs, developing engineering services briefs, conducting site inspections, and ensuring design adherence to brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities also include providing leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focus on continuous improvement of MEP design and construction standards and identifying and implementing sustainability initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years' experience in MEP design, preferably in hospitality projects, and a professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Key qualifications include strong technical knowledge, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
