We’re currently seeking a Sales Training Coordinator to join our Global Sales Effectiveness team. We enable our go-to-market teams to sell more effectively through training, coaching and tools to promote thoughtful, strategic selling throughout the sales cycle.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic ambassador to drive and facilitate our sales onboarding program in Asia Pacific. You’ll help set the tone for a great First Day experience and beyond. As new hires get acclimatised to JLLT, you will be their first port of call for support, queries and requests.

This role offers the flexibility to work anywhere in Singapore or Australia.

What this job involves

You will
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to our Commercial organization in Asia Pacific, including organizing pre-boarding, developing tailored onboarding schedules as well as coordinating and facilitating training.

Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to ensure our onboarding program is adaptive and flexible to meet the unique needs and nuances of the region.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, designers, and facilitators to support the development of in-region onboarding, training and learning content as required.

Expedite speed to productivity for new hires with access to systems and tools from Day One, as well as seamlessly integrating any mandated HR, IT and operational processes.

Develop and maintain a library of onboarding assets and tools, including task lists, hiring activity tracker, templates and presentations.

Evaluate progress of new sellers, adjusting to meet learning needs and providing regular feedback to hiring managers and other key stakeholders.

Assist with coordinating training events, workshops and team building events - both in-person and virtually.

Education and experience
2+ years of relevant professional experience in sales, training or sales enablement, ideally within a technology organization.

Familiarity with sales methodology and solution selling principles a bonus.

Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite and online collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom and Slack are a must. Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other similar technologies highly regarded.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other similar discipline preferred, but not essential.
