**Position: Onboarding Coordinator**

**WHAT YOU’LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT**
- Rigorously follow standard operating procedures and uphold strict confidentiality standards
- Manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously while tracking progress and outstanding items
- Ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved by maintaining a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
- Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and business priorities
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under tight timelines with composure and accuracy

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Basic Qualifications_
- Experience using ticketing systems and/or applicant tracking systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and related tools
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving procedures
- Strong multitasking and task-tracking abilities
- Ability to collaborate across teams and interact with global stakeholders
- Preferred Qualifications_
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in onboarding, HR coordination, or a related function
- Familiarity with HR systems and processes, especially background checks and onboarding workflows

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month
