Job Title: HR and Admin Assistant

Contract Type: Half-Year to 1-year Renewable Contract

**Responsibilities**:
**HR Support**:

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR databases.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.

**Admin Support**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.

**Documentation and Filing**:

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR and admin-related paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.

**Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between employees and the HR department.

**Compliance**:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.

**Miscellaneous Tasks**:

- Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the HR and Admin Managers.
- Provide general support to the team as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
