**Overview**

Our researchers specialise in policy, assessment and intervention research for people with diverse needs (disabilities and vulnerabilities) using implementation, evaluation, measurement, and data sciences.

**Responsibilities**

1. Coordinate and lead a team of researchers in research projects that support services for children and adults with diverse needs

i) Lead team in the entire research cycle such as conduct literature review, conceptualise, plan and implement projects, and perform data collection, management, analyses (with interpretations and explanations), etc.

ii) Overall project management
- Track and report project progress to funders every quarterly
- Ensure team compliance to projects protocols and guidelines
- Ensure team adherence to project timelines and deliverables are delivered as planned
- Ensure team adherence to data confidentiality, data storage and security
- Draft and prepare documents for ethics clearance
- Plan project budget and coordinate procurement of resources and other logistics relevant to the project

iii) Overall data management and dissemination of research findings
- Lead team in data collection, clarification and analyses
- Lead team to prepare, translate project results to policies and programmes for stakeholders
- Present written reports or presentations to funders and stakeholders
- Draft and prepare manuscripts, abstracts and presentation for publications, conferences, funders and stakeholders

2. Provide and share research training and consultancy internally and externally

i) Curate training plan for team members in project management, implementation, evaluation, measurement and data sciences

ii) Provide supervision, guidance and support to other team members

3. Other responsibilities

i) Minutes taking during meetings and timely sharing with team members

ii) Liaise with funders, stakeholders, collaborators and participating partners to establish good working relationship

iii) Carry out any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer and Leadership

4. Professional development

i) Attend CPH endorsed training, workshops and seminars so as to develop relevant knowledge and skills

**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications and work experience
- An accredited Masters degree in Psychology, Statistics or Data Science or Research

2. Experience
- 3 or more years of relevant large scale research experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management and leading a team of researchers
- Extensive research experiences in using implementation, evaluation, measurement and data sciences to support research projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (e.g., Advanced Excel) and statistical programmes (e.g., SPSS, AMOS, R).
