Business Analysis Group Mgr

The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed
- Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards
- Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed
- Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources
This individual will be the face of the Cluster for all senior management discussions in the Safety & Soundness domain.
The individual will lead Local Application Stability and Regulatory/Compliance Projects forums.
The individual will be responsible from the governance of all regulatory, compliance and information security projects in the cluster.
He/She will ensure all country local apps are managed as per SDLC process and in compliant with Citi requirements.
He/She will support countries during regional and local audits and participate in regional/local discussions with audit teams if and where required.
He/She will ensure country teams adhere to regional and global processes.
The individual will be the primary contact point and primary support for Korea Consumer Technology.
He/She will work closely with Korea Technology team and ensure governance for smooth execution of all Consumer related tasks.
He/She will support Cluster Tech head for strategy, hiring and planning.
He/She should be able to identify the changes, convert to implementable project, estimate across multiple stakeholders, secure the funding from senior management and schedule for production implementation if and when required.
The individual will represent the Cluster Head in steer co and senior management forums for all Compliance and in-country related items where required.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
- Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred
