
Business Planning Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the business strategy and planning process, monthly reporting and analysis of the business plan results or required data.
- Coordinate and manage the business strategy and planning process with various stakeholders.
- Assist the Senior Management in business development projects such as setting up foreign subsidiaries.
- Consolidate project updates from project workgroups and workstreams.
- Assist the Senior Management in preparing analysis of projects and reports, dashboards and presentation materials across all levels of stakeholders.
- Translation of official documents, not limiting to board papers, presentation deck and policies, from English to Chinese and vice-versa.
- Attend to project meetings and other administrative matters.
- Organize Management Committee meetings and other Management team meetings including taking minutes.
- To assist the Senior Management in annual planning and projects, manage strategic initiatives including tracking, updates, driving reports on KPI milestones and presenting timely management updates.
- Prepare meeting agenda and attendance list for quarterly meetings for Board/Board Committee.
- Prepare and circulate board resolutions and maintaining the minutes books.
- Collate, review and submit reports as required (board papers, project status reporting etc).
- Collaborate with Corporate Secretarial firms to ensure timing submission of required documents.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Language, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or Technology with 10 years of relevant experience in Commercial Banking.
- Strong administrative and organisation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-orientated, possesses excellent bilingual communication and translation skill.
- A team player with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across all levels.
- Ability to see the big picture and appreciate the strategic intent.
- Able to operate independently and with the maturity to prioritise and manage several business initiatives in parallel.
- Strong project management skills to prioritise, structure massive information and handle a stretching, diverse workload.
- Good understanding of project management disciplines and tools.
