Singapore HYDRO TRAINING CONSULTANCY PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

**About the Role**:
Hydro Training Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Workplace Learning Executive to lead our digital outreach efforts and support our training consultancy projects. You will manage our social media presence, run lead generation campaigns, engage with prospects, and assist in implementing workplace learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with both marketing skills and a passion for adult education.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation**
- Manage Hydro Training Consultancy’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Plan, run, and optimise lead generation campaigns through Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn DMs.
- Write and schedule content that promotes our training solutions and workplace learning services.

**2. Prospect Engagement**
- Respond to inbound leads and conduct initial qualification calls.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate handovers to the sales or consulting team.
- Deliver introductory presentations to qualified leads where needed.

**3. Workplace Learning Project Support**
- Support Workplace Learning (WPL) consultancy projects through research, documentation, and client coordination.
- Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), On-the-Job Training Blueprint (OJTBP) development, and workplace learning implementation.
- Join client meetings with senior consultants and assist with proposal preparation.

**4. Reporting & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and lead generation outcomes.
- Prepare reports and propose improvements to outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or training support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or ACTA certification is required.
- Must be comfortable participating in client-facing meetings for WPL consultancy projects.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding schemes and Singapore’s adult learning landscape.
