**_Job Duties: _**:

- Leading Hull team to provide qualified claims services to clients, to support the inhouse claim handlers and to achieve the defined claims service standards.
- Providing the service in handling Marine Hull and P&I claims mainly in APAC region as the agent of the insurance companies.
- Supervising, controlling and maintaining the good network of vendors especially in APAC region.
- Planning and conducting loss prevention and other value added services.
- Providing the feedback of the knowledge which is obtained through claim handling to the insurance companies.
- Assisting overseas’ group companies in claims settlement.
- Emergency 24/7 response whenever and wherever the casualties happen in all over the world.

**_Requirements: _**:

- University Degree, preferably with professional insurance qualifications.
- At least 7 years’ experience for both marine hull and P&I casualty claims under Hull & Machinery, P&I, LOT/LOH, Anchorage, Container itself and Forwarder’s Liability insurance policies in the insurance company.
- Advanced knowledge of marine hull insurance clauses and P&I rules in UK and Japan.
- Good global network with international law firms, average adjusters, marine surveyors, correspondents, marine experts and salvors.
- Excellent technical skills on Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is required to handle Japanese clients, liaise with Japan HQ and to read Japanese reports/documents.
- Analytical with advanced report writing, presentation and communication skills in both English and Japanese language to take initiatives of the marine hull and P&I casualty claims.
- Good Customer response skills for Japanese clients to handle Japanese clients’ accounts.
