DESIGNATION : Field Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Field Engineer will be responsible deployment of projects such as smart lighting, IP camera etc. This position will be involved in on-site installation works, working closely with the sales and product team to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Job Role:

- Responsible for smooth delivery of projects, translating customer needs into a viable solution
- Perform on-site installations, testing, commissioning and field survey
- Support deployment at customer premises, ensure adherence to site procedures and safe work practices.
- Monitor site progress and prepare project updates.
- Work closely with sales and product team for successful project completion
- Perform Technical competitive comparisons, and train sales and partners where necessary.
- Manage and optimize processes to capture the voice of the customer

QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Working experience in Building Management System
- Hands-on, works well in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative to create new business opportunities & resolve customers’ concerns
- Good communication and presentation skills
