Fieldwork Surveyor @ Changi Airport

Location: Changi Airport (Mostly air-conditioned)
**Job Type**
- Contract (2- months + 1-year with the option to renew)
- Casual (Part-time from Nov-23 to Jan-24)
- **Rate: $12 /hour**, approximately 8-hour shifts
- **AM Shift**:0700-1500
- **PM Shift**:1500-2300
- Students from tertiary institutions are welcomed to apply_
**Job Scope**
- Observe and record passenger service data into iPad
- Approach respondents to obtain feedback on service (Up to 5 Questions)
- Able to handle respondents’ queries and feedback, customer service oriented
- Adhere to work schedules and submit feedback and updates to the supervisor timely
**Job requirements and expectations**
- Education level: GCE "N'' Level and above preferably
- Proficient in the use of iPad
- Past experience in customer service would be beneficial
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with walking and standing throughout work hours (with short breaks in between)
- **For Contract Role**: Able to commit at least 20 to 22 days a month
- **For Casual/Part-timer Role**:Able to commit at least 4-5 days a week

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
