This role reports to the Head of Human Resource
**Job Specification**:
- Qualification _
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience _
At least 3 years of experience in HR
- Special Aptitude and Knowledge _
- Experience in processing payroll, using Timesoft E-Payroll and experience with Timesoft HRIS is a requirement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft excel.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Numerically proficient, good attention to details and a team player.
**Job Summary**:
Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll processing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Payroll Processing**
- Process monthly payroll for all of our client's centres (a total of 12 centres) with approximately 250 staff.
- Check and calculate employees’ overtime.
- Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files in DBS IDEAL for approvals.
- Maintain proper filing of payroll documents, to include supporting documents and authorizations.
- Generate payslips for staff to view via e-Payslip system.
- Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
- Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month.
- Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnel.
- Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices (for 6 centres).
**Administrative Duties**
- Process and submit NS Make-up Pay Claims for staff.
- Provide support in Survey related matters.
- Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required.
- Prepare relevant HR monthly report
- Any other duties as instructed by the Head of Human Resource.
