**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals and operational experts who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine, mobile services, clinical programs and supply chain. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

We are seeking an **Executive, Clinics Operations** who will assist in managing the teams and responsibilities within this department.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Assist the clinic manager and/or cluster lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies and procedures across all clinics in the group.
- Assist in rostering, capacity planning and infrastructure management to ensure that the clinics are run optimally and meet service standards.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality, attending to customer feedback and complaints promptly and completely.
- Assist in the writing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support and improve organisation effectiveness.
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new staff.
- Assist in maintaining optimal stock level at each clinic and ensure mínimal wastages.
- Assist in the tracking and generating monthly profits & losses (P&L) report.
- Work in the clinic to handle clinic duties when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

**About you**
- Minimal Diploma with 2 years prior relevant working experience.
- Excellence client-facing and internal communication skills, including written and verbal
- Good organisational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
- Familiar with Clinic Management System, various Insurance & Third Party Administrations portals, government schemes would be a plus
- Able to work collaboratively with all parties including internal and external of the department
- Ability to think outside of the box, and roll-up-your sleeves to solve problems as they arise
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
