Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Polyclinic Management Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager and cross-functional teams, coordinating and planning clinic activities, utilizing manpower and resources to ensure cost efficiency, effective management, and smooth daily operations.

You will oversee administrative activities like staff scheduling, patient flow, inventory management, and facility management, and be involved in planning and implementing strategies, proposals, and activities to improve work processes, and work collaboratively with clinical, nursing, allied health professionals, diagnostics, and other service departments within the polyclinic.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will also support the implementation of new initiatives such as Healthier SG, Social Prescribing, and Age Well SG, and drive service excellence and continuous improvement.
