Summary
With business expansion, we’re looking for an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to be based in Singapore. This role is to support the sales of Aviation business in APAC region
**Job Description**:
- Manage requirements and develop new business opportunity from existing customers, communicate and respond to customer’s queries and quotation requirements in an efficient manner
- New Customer onboarding and set up, ensuring credit procedures and internal policies are followed at all times
- Manage the day-to-day business for sales team by building and maintaining relationships with current customers to ensure that their expectations are met/exceed which includes conducting customer account reviews and visits.
- Perform tender review to ensure requirements matches requirement and follow through entire tender process
- Involve in tender process and manage bidding documents
- Collaborate with internal stake holders to resolve all customer issues such as pricing, billing, supply, credit, operations, and collection.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in business or relevant field, prefer from aviation study or interest in aviation industry.
- Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin to work with Mandarin speaking clients
- Ability to anticipate issues, deal with the unexpected situation
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Team player, keen to learn
- Traveling is required from time to time across APAC
