**About the Opportunity**:

- The person will report to the Collections Manager in Singapore. Together with the other 2 team members, the team handle Asia Pacific portfolio and report to the Global Collections organization.
- The person is expected to handle Key accounts in Asia Pacific countries, drive collections results to meet global collections targets.
- Day-to-day activities include the following:

- a) Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment within the due dates of our invoices
- b) Resolve disputes issues with customers to ensure accounts balances are up to date.
- c) Escalate payment issues to Manager when required
- d) Provide timely reporting as and when required**About You**:

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of Collections experience is required, preferably in a multinational company and a fast
- pace environment.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft skills are essential
- A highly self
- motivated person with strong negotiation and administrative skills. The person must also be proactive and able to work with all levels.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
