**Purpose**

The Shell Mobility Singapore business serves more than 300,000 customers monthly across 57 sites in Singapore. With a customer ambition of beingthe “Most Loved Mobility Retailer in Singapore”, it is imperative for the business to evolve beyond traditional fuel options and keep up with emerginge-mobility trends.

Vehicle electrification is gathering pace globally with the International Energy Agency anticipating that there may be 300 to 400 million EVs on theroad globally by 2040. In Singapore, the government has announced the ambition to phase out ICE vehicles by 2040 with an aggressive plan toinstall 28,000 EV chargers at public locations by 2030.

The Operations & Network Analyst will play a vital role in the implementation of new business propositions and supporting the growth of Shell Mobility’s footprint, while ensuring the business stays relevant to the communities and accelerating Shell’s ambitions to be a leader in our EnergyTransition journey.
- A Change agent that implements, analyse, and improve new and existing customer facing business propositions. i.e E-Mobility, digital services, structural operational initiatives at Shell Service Stations and more _
- Work closely with project teams and across functional teams to deliver new business propositions in a manner such that the experience to the customer is connected to the rest of existing business propositions.
- User acceptance testing (UAT), resolution/defect handling and pilot deployment of new initiatives where required
- Hyper-care support for when new business propositions are launched to ensure that these propositions are launched smoothly and that anyfeedback from customers or defects are acted by the project team immediately.
- Provide continuous analysis together with project team on impacts associated to operations, safety and more.
- Supports Shell Mobility’s ambitious to have a profitability network _
- Co-leading Investment proposal and business cases for
- New value-adding growth and non-growth projects across the network.
- Local tenders and bidding processes to strategically increase market share and network size
- Attend to land lease matters to streamline operational processes such as monthly land lease fee, setting up of an auto debit account, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Prior experience in operations is a bonus
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders across different businesses and functions.
- Meticulous, organised, and attentive to details.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong analytical Skill is preferred
- Good with Microsoft PowerPoint and very proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management skills within tight timelines.
- Only Singaporean preferred

- 2-year contract (renewable)
