**About Our Client**:
The client is a leading biopharmaceutical MNC that specializes in manufacturing plasma-derived products. They are headquartered in the US and have a global presence in over 30 countries. They are looking for an Operations and Customer Service Officer for their Singapore office.
For this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders - Regional Commercial Ops Teams, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing and Logistics teams, and external stakeholders - Distributors and toll business stakeholders.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Perform daily operations of both logistics and operations for delegated markets
- Handle customer enquiries and provide close follow up actions
- Follow up on logistics and documentation to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare reports on mass data shipment and input data into the matrix
- Maintain good rapport and coordination with internal and external parties on ordering processing
**The Successful Applicant**:
- At least 3 years of experience in handling operations and customer service duties. Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills required to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Experience in SAP system is a plus.
- Experience in managing export processes is a plus as that would be part of the daily job scope.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
