**Customer Service & Operations Officer at Crestar Learning Centre
The basic function is to assist the School Head / Centre Manager in the daily school operations which include all enrolment activities, class formation and course delivery, updating of administrative records, school safety and maintenance, daily prospecting, course consultation, managing parents, students and teachers, as well as fees collection.

**Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Manage the customer service counter, promote enrichment courses
- Provide professional course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customers
- Attend to enquiries, requests, and feedback
- Maintain good rapport, create positive relationships and provide excellent customer service

**Perform General School Operations
- Assist in all school activities, coordination and communications
- Handle daily administration and operations duties, conduct daily checks on the cleanliness and conditions of studios, classrooms and equipment
- Monitor sales of merchandise
- Update all files, reports and records promptly

**Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level with at least 2 years work experience.
- Prior experience in the private education industry have an added advantage but is not a must
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Possess communications and customer service skills
- Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs
- Have a cheerful and pleasant disposition
- Love children and enjoy working around them
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Able to work at weekends (5-day work week, weekdays 1pm to 9pm; weekends 9am to 7pm)
