-Join our Commodity Markets and Finance division’s APAC commodity finance business, based in either Singapore or Dubai. As part of the Commodities and Global Markets group, you will grow our Southeast Asia commodity finance origination and structuring as part of the broader existing APAC commodity finance business.

- What role you will play?-
- What you offer- 10+ years experience in a commodity finance/structured funding products role (bank, corporate or trade house), across commodities (energy, metals and agriculture)
- Good understanding of accounting and balance sheet implications of structures and experience designing clients pitches
- A strong existing network and the ability to develop senior client relationships and work with internal stakeholders
- Ability to contribute to thought leadership/idea creation in terms of new, innovative structures and solutions for clients
- Experience in drafting term sheets, reviewing and negotiating transaction contracts and other, related technical work
- A risk management mindset and demonstrated good track record with past transactions
