Roles & Responsibilities

Product Specialist for the commodity trader customer portfolio of Structured Trade and Commodity Finance Team.

Responsible for managing and promoting Trade Finance & cross selling business with Regional and Global Commodity Traders and to develop new business relationships with the target customers which are subsidiaries of global relationship clients

Job Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management & facilitation of business development in accordance with STCF strategy
- Product marketing and Global Coordination
- Deal Origination, term sheet, pre-consultation, credit approvals and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with credit policies & guidelines, compliance and regulatory policies and income budget
- Promote Flow Business Initiatives
- Promote cross selling of other banking products
- Assist in KYC reviews and transactional screenings

Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma Holder from reputable educational institution
- Have at least 5 - 8 years of working experience in established financial institutions with commodity finance as one of its principal business in a trade finance product specialist role
- Possess Trade Finance Product Knowledge
- Communicational skills
- Analytical skills
- Able to work under time pressure and within resource constraints
- Able to work independently and collectively as a Team
- Is Well articulated, Motivated and Committed
