COL is a new restaurant and bar in the heart of Keong Saik with casual dining and amazing food and cocktails.

Led by Chef Colin Buchan with extensive experience in London and Singapore working with Jason Atherton, Gordon Ramsay, Marco Pierre White, and Angela Hartnett.

**Your role**:

- Work closely with our chef to develop a wine programme, including developing wine lists and pairings that showcases and complements our food.
- Understand and engage members using your knowledge and love of wine to be able to recommend wine pairings or bottles according to individual palates and preferences
- Be on the cutting edge of developments in all aspects of viticulture, develop creative wine programmes and events through partnerships and collaborations with wine partners and suppliers
- Manage all operational aspects including purchasing and supplier management, inventory and cost management
- Develop and deliver a training programme for all service team members to enhance their knowledge and enthusiasm in wine and food
- Develop a wine retail and online sales channel

**What we are looking for**:

- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is enthusiastic, energetic and personable
- Absolute level of integrity and maturity to handle difficult situations and work across teams
- Excellent team worker who is able to lead the wine programme and work across teams with Head Chef and F&B team to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our members
- Thirst for learning and an openness to new ideas and perspectives and able to think widely about trends and new developments in the industry
- Great interpersonal skills and able to share and translate your passion about wine into a personalised approach to a diverse membership base
- Good experience and able to run back-end operations including pricing, inventory and cost control
- Adaptable and able to work flexible hours and able to accommodate operational requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience (WSET or CMS certification preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
