**Executive - Regional Operations**

Support operations (service & aftersales) business promotion across all regional countries including but not limited to
- Support and work closely with the assigned countries aftersales manager and service advisor in achieving target of service in-take and revenues
- Enhance current customer service program by working closely with aftersales team together with customer service & customer experience team
- Collate & analyze all aftersales business performance report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor & review service operations cost at local countries level and to review expenditure on quarterly basis
- Maintain & sustain continuous improvement of local after-sales team capability in handling ASS at service centre with the support of Regional IT

**Job requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in automotive
- A team player who possesses excellent interpersonal and writing skills
- Able to handle pressure under tight deadlines
