
Aftersales Administration Executive

The Aftersales Administration Executive will be supporting the Head of Aftersales with general administration, operational tasks and to ensure a smooth-running Aftersales’ office. You will be the go-to person for department’s administrative needs. You are proactive, a team player, organised and like to get things done effectively and efficiently.
**Your tasks**:
- Prepare various types of reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and presentation slides
- Ability to analyse data and compile them using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare/tabulate monthly incentive report
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, clearing out invoices, credit notes, claims submissions, compilation of attendance and leave records, filing of documents, etc
- Support the department on ad-hoc projects assigned
**Your skills**:
- Minimum GCE’O’ Level with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent command of English with strong writing abilities
- Good analytics skill
- Proficient in MS Office (intermediate level for MS Excel)
- Confident with good communication skills
- High level of independence and initiative
- Team player and able to work well within and inter-departments
**Salary**: From $2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative affairs: 1 year (preferred)
