**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead generation and qualification of potential merchants
- Develop and maintain sales materials, including sales deck and website content
- Developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base
- Proactively engage merchants via meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Prepare tailored proposals and quotations for terminal subscriptions and payment acquiring (incl. MDR rates)
- Manage end-to-end sales process, including agreement signing, and onboarding documentations.
- Oversee a small team handling sales, renewals and merchant sign-ups
- Monthly sales performance reporting

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience with a degree or diploma in sales, marketing, or other discipline.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and lead a small team effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Strong commercial acumen and management skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
