**Overview**

You will report to the MD with a view to taking over the position in due course.

You are responsible to continue our proud tradition of innovating new methodologies to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

You will mentor, groom and lead a young dynamic team of researchers to not just deliver the highest quality of consulting to clients but also uplift and enable the team to go higher in their professional pursuits.

Being a key member of AntzWorkz, you will instil confidence in both new and existing clients and grow both new and existing client accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

Drive strategic consultations with clients to deliver actionable impactful solutions, delivering the required results

Challenge the status-quo (when necessary) to identify new ideas and initiatives that would result in maximum ROI for clients

Instil confidence in clients through actual demonstration of competency, charisma and eloquence

Foster the AntzWorkz values of Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Leadership and Passion amongst team members

Inspire your team to be effective high-performing team players whilst allowing each individual to shine uniquely

Drive and grow the AntzWorkz footprint by growing existing accounts and winning new accounts, whilst achieving reasonable profitability and staff tenure and turnover

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
