  • As a Client Consulting Director at Visa, you will play a crucial role in driving business and pipeline development of Visas Consulting and Advisory services in India. Your responsibilities will include using Visa and external data to analyze client needs, develop a pipeline of projects, lead strategic discussions, manage consulting services, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success. Your role will be instrumental in commercializing new strategies and optimizing client engagements, contributing to Visa's commitment to meeting a broader set of clients" needs and diversifying revenue.To excel in this role, you should bring at least 12 years of experience in financial services consulting or related fields, demonstrating strong consulting skills, client engagement capabilities, and project management proficiency. Your ability to interact with senior management, lead teams effectively, and drive business value through strategic initiatives will be essential. Additionally, possessing financial acumen, analytical rigor, and a collaborative mindset will set you up for success in this position.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in areas such as digital sales/marketing, data analytics, or credit risk management, along with a strong consulting toolkit and experience in measuring business performance through financial indicators. Your detail-oriented nature, results-driven attitude, and commercial acumen will be key assets in delivering high-quality consulting services and driving impactful outcomes for Visa and its clients.This hybrid position will require a flexible approach to working days in the office, as confirmed by your hiring manager.
