Global Insights Consulting Practice - our largest business-line globally, runs evidenced-based consulting programmes, based on interviewing the leading industry experts and key decision makers annually, to analyse industry trends and competitive performance. The practice conducts more than 50 programmes annually, covering reinsurance, life insurance and asset management, across the worlds’ major financial services markets. Key Responsibilities
- Managing key deliverables of our global asset management programmes in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan and South Korea, including topic coverage, insights development, analytics review and articulate critical findings to clients
- Work with senior stakeholders, third party contractors and project owners to develop and coordinate realistic project timelines and resourcing plans across multiple global insights projects, geographies and time zones
- Proactively maintaining and building a network of wealth and asset management industry contacts and developing rapport with key client decision makers through engagement on topics and industry themes
- Undertaking analysis, accessing our proprietary data sets to generate ideas and insights and contribute to NMG thought leadership

- Competencies, Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a challenging professional learning environment where communication, commercial and technical skills have been developing. Ideally with exposure to client management, product development / design, strategy or marketing functions
- Relevant Tertiary qualification and strong academic credentials. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Committed to high quality standards
- Developing interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and interest in developing client relationships
- Highly motivated to learn, collaborate and able to learn and work effectively across global teams
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience in PowerBI as well as database management and/or other programming languages are added advantages
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be hands-on in delivering high-quality work
- Multi-language skills (e.g. Chinese) are an added advantage
