2. Follow up from project team on verification of invoice for account to update.
All invoices ( 1 week) for project team to verified
3. Prepare In & exist form for new employees to sign.
4. Filing of all related documents into files and update server after ML have updated.

5. Check staffs petty claim amount.

7. Check Overtime details after Accounts have done the calculations.
8. File & update balance leave for staff.
9. Local /Migrant Recruitment
10. Arrangement on recruitment on job posting platform.
11. Application on recruitment at MOM website
13. Prepare LOA for new employees.
14. Ensure insurance bought and up to date for employees.
15. Add employees name into SATA record.
16. Declared monthly salary for workers in MOM website.
