**About the role**

Our Technical Project Managers work with Sales and Services Delivery partners on customer network installs and upgrades. They ensure that these projects are scoped balancing technical requirements, alignment to brand standards and available budget. They also oversee projects are delivered on time and transitioned successfully to Reivernet for on-going management.

**What you'll do**
- Collaborate with service delivery partners and the regional sales managers to align on a network design (bill of materials) and partner Statement of Work that best balances customer requirements and available budget or pricing expectations while meeting brand standards.
- Monitor project delivery timelines for in-flight projects, informing all internal and external stakeholders and working with service delivery partners to address any issues, avoiding customer and internal escalations.
- Ensure a smooth transition from network installs and upgrades to managed services support by completing pre-UAT reviews, accepting completed projects with complete and accurate documentation.
- Contribute to on-going alignment and improvement of project scoping and project management processes between service delivery partners and Reivernet.
- Create and collate project delivery reports by Brand detailing projects closed in past quarter, projects in-flight and progress and projects forecast for future quarters in preparation for Brand QBRs.

**Who you are**

Technical Project Managers are crucial in bridging gaps between technical delivery from a partner and the CSM/BDM, Regional GM and the Operations team. Through technical expertise and project management methodologies, the TPM will have the ability to drive and lead critical aspects of project during implementation and closure. They are required to be influential, persuasive and possess excellent communication skills both internally and externally. Expert service and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with customers and delivery partners at all levels, they are resourceful and can manage healthy tension.
