Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Global coverage - this role will be actively involved in client risk assessment on a global basis.
- End to end AML coverage across AML/KYC assessment, AML QA, sanctions and the opportunity to take on STR filing if the incumbent demonstrates the bandwidth to take on the responsibility.
- Assist the Head of Compliance on wider regulatory compliance matters such as licensing requirements/maintenance, keeping up to date on the PSA regulatory regime and act as a back up point of contact with regulators such as the MAS.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 5-7 years of compliance experience ideally from the crypto/digital asset industry under the PSA licensing regime.
- Broad AML experience covering all aspects of AML/KYC.
- Passion in the cryptocurrency industry and eagerness to learn and become part of the guiding force that shapes the developing regulations surrounding the PSA/crypto field.
