Intern Admin Support

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The job assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:
- In charge of day-to-day and ensuring smooth operations of the Singapore Office.
- Shipping and receiving of documents for the corporate office.
- Receiving/greeting of guests and making guest beverages
- Answering incoming phone lines and facilitating outgoing calls and teleconferences.
- Organize and scheduling of meeting room bookings and preparation of meeting rooms.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/fax distributions, postal and courier services/DHL.
- Prepare the PAF forms for DHL/courier services and other related delivery services.
- Updating of employee leave records
- Updating of phone listing and circulating
- General upkeep of the office equipment, coordinate repair and services
- Generate monthly attendance reports and circulate
- Distributing of groceries supplies at the designated pantry area
- Responsible for on-boarder and off-boarder admin set-up;
- Coordinating the transport arrangement
- Preparing workstation, IT equipment, stationaries, set-up biometric attendance and meals
- Issuance and collection of access cards
- Filling & Achieving office documents.
- Maintenance of Achieving documents
- Support office activities as requested (teambuilding, meetings and etc.)
- Assist and cover Admin Department duties during individual absences.
- General Administrative duties as assigned by the Admin Manager from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- GCE ‘O’ Level / College certificate required at minimum.
- Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
