Income Insurance is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Shared Services team, which delivers administrative support for Motor Claims within the Consumer GI Operations Department.

As an executive in this team, your role will encompass Operation Excellence, Data Analysis and Reporting as well as Stakeholder Liaison and Collaboration.

Operational Excellence:

- Check and approve payment to ensure accuracy and compliance with the company policies and industry standards.
- Manage System Requirements including on/off boarding, enhancements and production issues.
- Manage and review half-yearly System access rights.
- Manage Procurement requirements including annual renewal.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Extract and analyse weekly/monthly statistics/reports for key decision-making and alignment with departmental KPI.

Stakeholder Liaison and Collaboration
- Liaise with motor workshops to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Manage queries from auditors and reinsurers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder
- Certification in CGI is an added advantage.
- Organised and with strong communication skills.
- Team Player who is self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
