Legal Counsel

(I) Job description:
1. Provide legal support for the company's business in Singapore and other countries;
2. Review and negotiate sales contracts and associated documentation;
3. Diligence, draft, revise and negotiate long term agreements with business partners;
4. Assess and identify legal risks in the company's business activities and recommend effective and appropriate solutions;
5. Assist in the corporate compliance work;
6. Support the company’s corporate secretarial work;
7. Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies;
8. Provide legal support on ad-hoc projects as and when needed.

(II) Job requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above in law from a reputable university,

2. License to practice law; admission to the Bar in Singapore or another commonwealth jurisdiction is preferred.

3. 10+ years of legal experience with a mid-to large size corporation or law firm, with prior corporate experience and at least 5 years of commercial contracting experience.

4. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must.

5. Honesty and integrity, good judgment, dedication and self-drive, teamwork, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
