The role often requires strong technical skills in networking, hardware, security, and troubleshooting, along with good communication and organizational skills. Technical Specialist may work in-house for a project or as part of an external MSP that provides services to multiple clients.

**Be Part of Our Success**
As a Technical Solution Assistant Manager, you are required (but not limited) to:

- Understand and explore customer business challenges and requirements
- Support both hardware and software implementation and Day 02 operations
- Design solution and translate capabilities (e.g. LinuxOne, RedHat, etc.) to meet customer requirements
- Present products and solutions at customer meetings, workshops and seminars
- Support technical solution demonstration, benchmark and proof of concept testing, sales kit, technical whitepaper, product positioning and competitive analysis
- Provide technical support to key accounts for successful solution implementation, such as customer training, capacity sizing, performance tuning and PD/PSI, etc.
- Aptitude to engage clients, and identify new business opportunities

**Qualities We Value**
- Bachelor's Degree and above in engineering
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in Linux or UNIX System knowledge and experience
- Including Open-source software, OpenStack Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, commercial and open source Databases, Middleware skills
- Familiar with Application Modernization based on Microservices, Containers and Cloud Native architecture, including Agile development, CI/CD, DevOps, AIOps and other emerging technologies
- Knowledge in Open-Source Enterprise Software such Linux OS Platform i.e. Red Hat, SuSE, Ubuntu; Database Solution i.e. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, EnterpriseDB, OracleDB
- Knowledge on Hybrid Cloud Virtualization Solution i.e. VMware and airgap environment
- Good at reading and listening English, and Mandarin
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Quick learning and hands-on skills
- Good skills in articulating and framing for solution design and communication
- Specialized in Hybrid Cloud or Blockchain skills
- Knowledge in setting up and configuration of IBM server and RedHat
