Program Manager, Engineering Compliance, Google

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with information security and privacy compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices (e.g., AICPA Trust Services Principles, ISO 27000 series, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and other regulatory compliance frameworks).
- Experience with IT audit, and/or risk management.

Preferred qualifications:

- Relevant professional certifications including CISSP, CISA, CIPP, GIAC or related information security certifications.
- Experience with consulting in risk management, information security, and compliance.
- Experience with risk assessments, business continuity management, threat modeling, and vulnerability management programs.

Grow Google Cloud's compliance offerings globally to unlock enterprise customers and verticals with compliance certifications, attestations, and frameworks. We partner with many teams across Google including Cloud CISO, Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), Product teams, and various Engineering teams.

The Engineering Compliance team assesses and manages security and privacy compliance risk as well as a broad set of compliance services for Alphabet companies. In this role, you will be working with a wide variety of product verticals, infrastructures, software designs, and technology stacks for Google Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead projects from the start to the end, including providing full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with Googlers across many disciplines from Engineering, Legal, Product, HR, and Marketing to drive change and achieve common goals.
- Lead, manage, and facilitate compliance processes including audits with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely deliverables and rapid remediations.
