**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, advisory role, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently, to foster and develop key relationships with stakeholders in the region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Understanding of the advertising ecosystem, especially in APAC.
- Ability to think strategically to solve complex problems.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational lines and borders.
- Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
**About the job**:
As a Program Manager Strategy and Operations for Acquisitions and Onboarding, you will help develop the strategy for sales programs that acquire a range of customers, from small local businesses to internationally recognized brands. This role will require you to develop solutions to ambiguous and high-visibility business challenges. You'll combine analytical and thought leadership to drive improvements across customer segmentation and prioritization, engagement strategy, and organization design. You will partner with senior stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Strategy and Operations to ensure smooth execution.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute thoughtful solutions for customer acquisition programs that prioritize customer success, while delivering measurable business growth impact to Google.
- Engage Google Customer Solutions and key cross-functional senior stakeholders often, building alignment for program evolution and helping to land changes for growth.
- Identify and develop go-to-market strategies and investment frameworks for untapped opportunities across the ecosystem.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Services, Agency teams, and Product Management to ensure an in-sync go-to-market strategy globally.
- Act as a key contributor and part of the Global Acquisitions Programs leadership team, partnering with peers to deliver unified and cohesive solutions, hire and build teams, and grow overall team culture.
