Senior Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards and create and maintain a safe/secure jobsite environment.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors and be thoroughly familiar with the requirements of the general contract and specific packages thereby identifying changes, conflicts, etc prior to them occurring.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.
- Oversee contract negotiations and change order management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-million dollar construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Aconex, MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
