Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including site inspections and quality control.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the project timeline or budget.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Project.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CSCPM certification.
  • Experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
  • Familiarity with MS Project and other project management tools.
