Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering high-profile construction projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from initial planning to project completion.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor construction processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Conduct regular equipment, material and site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Schedule meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers and staff to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports, budgets, project plans and other relevant documents to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest safety codes and advancements in construction techniques.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
  • Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.

About You:
  • Hold a degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering or architecture.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques.
  • Have excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Be proficient in budgeting and cost control.
  • Familiarity with site management software and tools is desirable.
