**What you’ll do**:
The role will lead a diverse team of account managers in Malaysia and Philippines. Strategize for growth of the HNC business across the Early Life Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Pharma, Nutrition Improvement and Medical Nutrition segments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Plan and drive yearly sales budget for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines
- Develop and maintain country, segment linked customer and distributor accounts strategy and action plan.
- Develop and implement country pricing and contract terms strategy and action plan
- Provide direction and guide country teams on sales, marketing and technical services.
- Provide leadership and own monitoring and reporting developments in the industry, competitors, customers and regulatory environment of the country.
- Provide leadership on defining, implementing, monitoring and reporting market development plans
- Provide leadership and guidance on account management for Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines team including but not limited to;
- managing customers’ complaints,
- Monitor, forecast and manage requirements of assigned accounts
- Provide required documentation for product registration to assigned accounts
- Develop strategy for growing our Market Ready Solutions channel

**You bring**:

- A Degree in Food Science or Chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in Pharma, Dietary Supplement or nutritional Ingredients.
- A sound understanding in the value chain concept of Food, Dietary Supplement and Pharma industries and the market dynamics of relevant ingredient business.
- Experience in business management, performance targets, sales operational excellence and managing multi-cultural teams.
- Experience in account management, front end sales activities and customer support will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Good Command of English to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Experience in leading teams.
