**High-Impact Role.**
As the General Manager for both SG and MY offices, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's strategy. Craft a plan to enhance productivity and streamline operations. Bolster the organization's effectiveness with process enhancements, employee management, while cultivating a motivating workspace.
**Partnership and Growth**:Forge lasting relationships with local suppliers and partners. Your ability to identify and nurture key partnerships - existing and new - will be crucial in offering an unrivaled selection of experiences to our customers.
**We might be a potential match if**
- **You're A Striker **. at least 10 years in high-performance roles, in MICE or related fields, you're very goal-oriented. You'll navigate ups and downs in performance of the team to meet your targets without compromising on quality.
- **You're a Strategist **. Your role is pivotal. Every action, strategy, and decision you make will contribute significantly. You'll be in the driver's seat, steering the P&L. Your responsibilities will span from overarching strategies to intricate operational specifics.
